Foraging and Dining - 2021 -2022
Prices below are per person.
Foraging and food prices for 2021 and 2022 will be £180 per person, This price includes a foraging day and a multicourse dinner a sample menu can be found here.
Dinner only is priced at £120 and is around 10 courses
Foraging only is priced at £60 per person
The day consists of meeting in the morning, the time is dependent on the time of the tide.

Foraging days will be held by our friends Steph Smith or Garry Thomas
11.30 am
Travel to a local estuary to gather edible plants, and a walk around the local hedgerows.
1pm to 2pm
Stop for a short break for lunch and a cup of tea.
2pm until 4pm to 5pm
We take up to six people at a time for the foraging outings, but we can arrange for larger parties.
7;30pm
What you will need
A packed lunch, A flask of tea or coffee. Bottled water.
Clothing
Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear. A raincoat & good wellies are the best options as far as footwear is concerned.
Note
All ingredients except for some seasonal game come from Pembrokeshire or within Wales.
We have dining for up to twelve people at a time but early booking is still essential to avoid disappointment.
Final payment for your day out must be paid at the latest 24 hours before you arrive.
Deposit is refundable if the weather stops us from getting out on the coast and we cannot rearrange other suitable dates.
If needed I can arrange for larger parties and private dining evenings only if required, either at your home or at my outdoor base.
Good notice is needed for larger parties.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a foraging and food day.
This is due to preparation work and organisation.
Please advise me of any food allergies and dietary requirements on contact and also as a further reminder of any requirements a few days before you arrive.
